US Shipping

Heravi offers USPS Priority shipping and free FedEx standard shipping complimentary with all orders to ensure efficient delivery options and for faster returns from addresses within the United States. Once your order is ready to confirm the delivery date officially, you will find that a confirmation email will instantly be sent out. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and placed orders cannot be canceled until they are received by the customer first. Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Cut-off times are Weekend days from Saturday to Sunday. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays that may cause slight shipping delays. Please be aware that during collection launches or sale periods, it may take longer to prepare and deliver your order due to the high volume of orders.

International Shipping

Heravi offers worldwide shipping via International Express shipping on all orders to be delivered 7-15 business days. Please be advised that once you receive your package, you can pay duties and taxes upfront at checkout or upon your delivery and where your country is based. Please be aware that all orders placed outside of the United States are subject to additional government duties and fees at the destination’s customs authority. We cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country. Please be aware that if the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier. Therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Preorders

Items available for preorder appear with the option to “Preorder” rather than “Add to Cart.” The estimated delivery window for each item will differ depending on the location of the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for preorder, you will have to pay as you would normally. Please get in touch with us for further details. Once your preordered product (s) shipment details, you will instantly receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information.
